I had the privilege of attending an ARI METHOD workshop last weekend. It took place during a particularly stressful period in my life. THE ARI METHOD workshop is exactly what you need if you are feeling stuck, uncreative and a little bit lost. In a few simple, creative and playful steps, Ariane managed to help me zone in on where exactly my problem originated from and helped me realise what it was that was holding me back.
